I don't recommend this hotel nobody.

The location of the hotel is very nice, beach was also nice, the rooms are very large and clean. We did not have any problem for clean towels.

During check-in, we had an excellent experience with friendly and proactive staff at the front desk, especially from Eldar, and all the front desk management behind them.. very responsive, open to take notes and requests. They offered a room better than we booked, with a fruit basket and a gift. The pools and beach were great, and the playground facilities were spacious and enjoyable. The animation team also did a fantastic job, especially Adzil (sorry if I misspelled the name).

The food was more or less ok, especially Grill food was decent. nothing else to add into positive moments, to be honest
